Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order and cleared payment has been received. 

Please note that we are only able to ship to UK mainland and are unable to offer delivery to other parts of the world. 

Deliveries of any products which weigh over 31 kg will be delivered palletised (kerb side only).  All other products will be delivered via our nominated courier service. 

Any orders with an order value of £90 (including VAT) or more will be delivered free of charge. 

Any discrepancies with your order must be notified to us within 24 hrs of receiving your order.
